Answers we'd want before calling a tow operator at 2am.
Yes — someone on our crew picks up the phone at any hour, any day. Holidays included. If the call goes to voicemail it's because we're literally on another job; we call back within minutes.
Inside 33426 and surrounding Palm Beach County cities (Lake Worth, Delray, Lantana, Wellington), median arrival is 30 minutes. In the immediate Boynton area we're often there in under 15.
The price you hear on the call is the price you pay. Jump start, flat tire, fuel delivery — flat $95. Tow $125 (hook-up + first 5 miles), then $5–7/mi. Off-road recovery from $150. If the scope changes on scene we tell you before we touch a thing. See all pricing →
Wheel-lift towing drags two wheels on the road during the tow. On AWD vehicles, EVs, and modern transmissions that drag damages the drivetrain. Flatbed picks the whole vehicle off the ground — no drag at all. That's why we run a flatbed.
We're partnered with several roadside networks. Tell us your provider when you call — if we're on their preferred list, your service may be covered. If not, we tend to beat their rates for cash-pay customers anyway.
Yes — with the right setup. Motorcycles ride on a strap-secured wheel chock. EVs require flatbed transport; tell us the make/model on the call and we coordinate the right rig from our partner network. Low-clearance vehicles use ramps and approach-angle adjustments.
Card, tap-to-pay (Apple Pay / Google Pay), or cash. We send a receipt by text. No hookup fee surprises — the price you got on the phone is the price you pay.
If your battery is healthy and just drained, the jump will hold once the alternator recharges it. If the battery itself is failing, a jump might get you a few miles before it dies again. Our on-scene load test tells you which one you've got — and we tell you straight, no upsell.
Yes — pick “Schedule it” on any request form, choose your day and a morning, afternoon, or evening window, and the price you're quoted is locked in. We confirm your window the evening before. Perfect for shop drop-offs, dealer transfers, and moving day.
Call us first and say so up front — that becomes priority dispatch. We're typically on scene within 10 minutes anywhere in our core service area. If the situation is medically urgent (heat, very young child), call 911 in parallel — fire/EMS can break a window faster than any tool gets the door open.
Enough to reach the nearest station — typically 2–3 gallons. The $95 is the service fee; you pay separately for the actual fuel. Regular, premium, or diesel — tell the dispatcher when you call.
Yes — with a trip quote on the call. We've towed up the I-95 corridor and into Broward. Anything over 50 miles we quote the whole trip; sometimes it's smarter to plan it as a scheduled tow versus an emergency call.
