How scheduling works
1. Price it. Run your route through the instant calculator — pickup, drop-off, exact total. That number is what you'll pay.
2. Book it. Use the request form and choose “book for later” — pick your day and window — or just call and tell us when you want the truck.
3. We confirm by text. Your slot, your price, in writing. The day of, you get the dispatch text with a live ETA like any other call.
4. Loaded right, delivered right. Manufacturer anchor points, calibrated tie-downs, time-stamped photos of the loaded vehicle. Pay at the truck — card, tap, or cash.

Same-day to several weeks out. Popular windows — weekday mornings — go first, so a day or two of notice gets you exactly the slot you want.
Is a scheduled tow priced differently than an emergency call?
No — same honest rate card: $125 covers hook-up and the first 5 miles, then $5–7 per mile, hook-up waived on 50+ mile runs. The difference is you lock the number days early.
What if I need to move my booking?
Text or call and we'll shift it — life happens. The locked price moves with your booking.
Can a business set up recurring or volume scheduling?
