Describe the situation — what's stuck where, how deep, what surface. We quote the recovery on the call. If it's a more involved pull (deep mud, sand, multiple angles), we might quote a range.

Recovery jobs can take longer to start because we make sure we have the right gear. Typical scene-time 30-60 minutes from the call.

Careful winch
We rig the strap to the correct frame attachment point — never to control arms, suspension, or bumper. Slow steady pull, dampening blanket over the strap in case of break.

Drive away — or load up
If the vehicle drives away under its own power, great. If the recovery damaged drivability, we tow you out to your mechanic. The recovery work is the first job; the tow out is a separate $125 (hook-up + first 5 miles, then $5–7/mile) if needed.
